Emillia Beatrix is an early childhood educator with over twenty years of experience supporting young children as they learn to understand their feelings, relationships, and sense of self. With a strong focus on social-emotional development, Emilia has long used stories as a tool to help children navigate life’s everyday challenges with confidence and compassion.

Inspired by the many spontaneous stories born from teachable moments in the classroom, The Adventures of Luna Baboona: The one with the Squirrel grew out of Emillia’s belief in children’s innate capacity for empathy and kindness. Her passion for children’s literature and her deep respect for young learners of all backgrounds shine through in this heartfelt debut.
